The president of Mega Financial Holding Company as well as Mega Bank, Mr, Hann-Ching Wu, has tendered his resignation orally today to take responsibilities for the event caused by the consent order and the civil penalty imposed by New York State Department of Financial Services. Chairman Hsu has yet to approve his resignation stating that he will wait for the conclusion of this investigation before making the decision.
