The BOD of Mega FHC adopted resolutions:
1.The Crisis Management Team shall be formalized to take responsibility of implementing measures in a specific time frame to meet the requirements specified in the consent order with NYDFS.
2.To undertake measures to improve on the oversight and audit of overseas branches.
3.To establish an ad hoc group on Compliance and Anti-money Laundering to ensure the reinforcement of group-wide compliance and AML program.
